Really quite interesting how each of them are quite different here!
The furthest to the right seems almost animal like, while the furthest to the left seems almost elvish like.. and then the middle one appears all calm and neutral.
The shading is great, and I like how you've tried to convey their personalities/characteristics through their expressions and features.
